We take the health of our clients and therapists seriously. With that in mind, we have put together the following guidelines for our chair massage and in home massage appointments. If you have any guidelines or requests regarding COVID-19 that we should know about, please let us know ASAP.
Covid-19 Appointment Guidelines for Chair Massage:
- Please ask your staff to wash or sanitize hands prior to the appointment. Because hand sanitizer is at a premium please provide sanitizer for your staff if they will need it.
- Please ask staff to enter the massage area wearing a mask. They may remove the mask prior to the massage beginning.
- Your therapist will wear a mask during the initial client greeting but may remove during the massage time. Once massage has begun talking will be minimal, except for occasional check-ins and client massage feedback.
- Massage chair will be sanitized in between sessions. Massage therapists will sanitize their hands and forearms with hand sanitizer in between sessions.
Covid-19 Appointment Guidelines for In Home Massage:
- Clients – please wash hands thoroughly prior to and after each treatment.
- Clients – please use your own sheets, blankets on the massage table.
- Clients – please wear a mask during the initial greeting, you may remove it prior to your massage beginning.
- Your therapist will wear a mask during the initial client greeting but may remove during the massage time. Once massage has begun talking will be minimal, except for occasional check-ins and client massage feedback.
- Your therapist will remove shoes upon entry.
- It is strongly recommended that your massage be set up in the living room. Other areas are accepted at the therapist’s discretion.
- Your therapist will follow the CDC guidelines on handwashing or using hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content.
- Your therapist will sanitize the massage table between uses.
- Please refrain from booking an in home massage if you or a member of your household has a fever, displays any COVID-19 symptoms, has a communicable illness or is under an isolation or quarantine order.
We are confident that adhering to these guidelines will keep us all safe and stop the spread of COVID-19.
