    I have been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2011. I studied Massage Therapy at The National Holistic Institute of San Francisco. I strive to incorporate various techniques to accommodate each clients need. In most of my sessions I provide relaxing and refined deep tissue massage with some focus on trigger points. I appreciate massage as a recipient and practitioner. I love the feeling after a great massage; when my physical and mental stress has melted away and I also enjoy providing that same feeling to my clients. To unwind I enjoy physical exercise such as yoga, strength training, biking, and jogging.
