It’s important to make sure your celebration, get-together, or private event is a hoot. Treat your friends and family to the ultimate gift of soothing relaxation with a private event chair massage. Spa Flow’s chair massages are an easy, fun way to show your guests the benefits of massage therapy. We offer massage services for just about any private event, and work with you to make the big day even more memorable.

PRIVATE EVENT CHAIR MASSAGE

Spruce up a birthday party, baby shower, or bridal shower with a private event chair massage! Spa Flow’s team is experienced in treating guests to comprehensive on-site massages at just about any type of event. We work with small and large parties, and offer five to 30 minute chair massages per person.

Appointments are scheduled by the hour or half hour, not per person. Example: if you schedule a two hour private event chair massage and have eight guests, each person can receive a 15 minute chair massage. The time of each massage is dependent on how many guests are in your party and the length of time you book your appointment.

It’s your time, place, and event! You can decide how long you’d like each chair massage to last for your guests.

Rates may be discounted for events with multiple therapists that are 3+ hours long.

Parking fees will be added to locations when parking is not free or validated.

All appointments include relaxation music, access to online scheduler.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE?

Quote Request

Schedule your private event over the phone or through our Quote Request form. Based on your number of participants, event duration, and budget we will make recommendations that will work best for your event.

Book an Appointment

To confirm your appointment, we require a credit card at time of scheduling. No deposit is taken and no funds are held on credit card. Payment is charged at the completion of your appointment. A maximum of 2 credit cards can be used to pay for an event. Cash and credit card payments are not accepted on site. Cash tips to the therapist on site are OK.

Arrive

On your appointment day, your therapist will arrive with all of their supplies. Your massage therapist can set up off to the side of your guests or in a separate room. Each therapist will need about 5ft X 5ft of space to accommodate the massage chair. Table Massage therapist will need about 11ft x 9 ft of space per table.

Relax

To enhance the chair massage experience, your therapist will provide relaxation music and room aromatherapy during your event, at your request.
