Turn your focus away from the outside world, and begin looking within.
Simply let the air flow slowly, peacefully and naturally.
Listen to the body’s signals and relax your muscle groups as needed.
Thoughts will come and go. This is normal, try to allow thoughts to float by without attaching to them.
Just be. Meditation is not about perfection but more about the practice. There is no right or wrong way. Give yourself time.
