Mediation is a simple and easy way to manage stress and anxiety and improve focus. Take a few minutes before you start you day quiet your mind and prepare for all that the day will bring.
Begin by Sitting
A seated position will allow you more comfort and stamina.
Close Your Eyes
Turn your focus away from the outside world, and begin looking within.
Breath Naturally
Simply let the air flow slowly, peacefully and naturally.
Release Physical Tension
Listen to the body’s signals and relax your muscle groups as needed.
Allow The Mind To Be
Thoughts will come and go. This is normal, try to allow thoughts to float by without attaching to them.
Have Patience
Just be. Meditation is not about perfection but more about the practice. There is no right or wrong way. Give yourself time.
