A relaxing, de-stressing massage that uses kneading massage strokes with light to medium pressure.
Focuses on deeper slower strokes and is designed to help relieve chronically tense and contracted muscles.
A combination of deeper pressure and stretching, this massage is great for when you're preparing for a competition or as athletic recovery.
A specially trained massage therapist will focus on target areas associated with pregnancy discomfort. Clients must have completed their first trimester.
Using our online scheduler, choose your massage type and duration. You may also choose your therapist's gender and request a therapist you have worked with previously. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Decide where you would like your therapist to set up. The living room or an area on the main level is ideal. Your therapist will need at least 10' x 8' of space to set up. Your therapist should be able to walk comfortably around the massage table.
Your therapist arrives ready to massage. They will have their massage table, massage lotion/oil, and relaxation music. Due to Covid-19 we do ask clients to provide their own linens and blanket (2 flat sheets any size sheet and 1 pillow case per table).
To enhance the massage experience your therapist will provide relaxation music. Feel free to provide your own music or aromatherapy.
