Infrared Sauna

Halotherapy Chill Lounge
Also known as salt therapy you relax in a quiet lounge while breathing microscopic dry salt particles. Many guests use it to support respiratory comfort, skin health, and stress relief. Reiki
A gentle, hands-on energy practice. Light touch, deep stillness many guests use it to slow racing thoughts and feel more centered.
