Our client wanted gift their housekeeping staff with massages for Housekeeping Aprreciaotn day. Our client had about 30 staff and wanted give them each 15min to relax and recharge with chair massage. The client wanted to keep the event to a 4 hour window so we supplied 2 massage therapist to accomplish 30, 15min chair massage in a 4 hour time frame.

Our client was concerned about all of the staff having equal opportunity to schedule their massage appointment. We were able to provide them with an online scheduling tool. We created a a link that could be shared with the staff. The staff were able to schedule their appointments and the coordinator was able to view and and monitor the schedule as well.
The event was a success! All 30 sessions we fully booked and the staff were extremely please. We look forward to working with them next year for their next staff appreciation event.
